Kristy Griffin is the Co-Founder and Director of Property Management, bringing more than 18 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management across Texas and Georgia. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Kristy has built a career overseeing complex property portfolios , for Investors, as well as REIT Groups, to consist of Mixed-Use Developments, Retail Shopping Centers, Restaurant Spaces, Medical Office Boutiques, Office High-Rises, Industrial Warehouses, and Residential Single Family and Multi Family Communities.
Throughout her career, Kristy has managed all aspects of property operations including Leasing (Tenant Rep and In-House), Tenant Relations, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Rent Collections, Capital Improvement Planning, CAM reconciliations, and Financial Oversight. She has extensive experience leading; Leasing Teams, Property Management Teams, Mentoring Staff, and Coordinating Maintenance and Operational Departments, to ensure properties operate efficiently and profitably. Kristy has served as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, and vendors.
