I’m Kristy Griffin, Co-Founder and Director of Property Management at A2K Realty, LLC, a family-owned real estate company that I started alongside my daughter. I’m also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker with more than 18 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate across Texas and Georgia.
My journey in real estate began in the multifamily industry, where I quickly learned that there is much more to real estate than buildings, leases, and transactions. Behind every property are people, businesses, families, investments, and goals. That perspective has stayed with me throughout my career.
Over the years, I have worked in residential property management and leasing, residential sales, commercial property management, and commercial leasing. My experience includes working with individual investors and REIT groups while overseeing a wide variety of properties, including Mixed-Use Developments, Retail Shopping Centers, Restaurant Spaces, Medical Office Boutiques, Office High-Rises, Industrial Warehouses, and Residential Single-Family and Multi-Family Communities.
After more than 18 years in this industry, the part of real estate I value most isn’t necessarily the properties themselves—it’s the people and relationships that come with them. I enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding what is important to them, and helping them navigate what can sometimes feel like a complicated process.
I believe in being accessible, communicating openly, following through, and treating people the way I would want to be treated. Whether I’m helping an owner protect their investment, helping a business find the right space, or helping a buyer or seller through a transaction, I want my clients to feel like they have someone genuinely in their corner.
Outside of real estate, my life is very much centered around family. I’m a wife and a mom of four, with three grown children and a 15-year-old still keeping me on my toes. I’m also a proud grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. And yes, our family includes two cats who have somehow managed to make themselves part of the family business too.
When I’m not working, I love traveling, discovering new places, experiencing new things, and—if there is an ocean nearby—I’m probably pretty happy. I love the water, swimming, and simply getting away and making memories with the people I love.
Starting A2K Realty with my daughter has made this chapter of my career especially meaningful. We built our company around something we both believe in: you don’t have to be the biggest company to provide exceptional service. Sometimes it’s the personal attention, the returned phone call, the problem handled, and the willingness to go the extra mile that make the biggest difference.
Real estate has been a career for me for more than 18 years, but the people I’ve met, the relationships I’ve built, and the experiences I’ve shared along the way are what have made it so rewarding.
I’m proud of the experience I bring to the table, but I’m even more proud of how I choose to do business—with honesty, hard work, personal attention, and genuine care for the people I have the opportunity to serve.
